Agate's Cabin - A Wolf Crossing Cabin next to Yellowstone National Park
10/10 Excellent
"I would highly recommend staying at this property. The property groundskeeper is truly an amazing person. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The cabin was an excellent choice and has everything you need for the perfect stay. This property is clean and well maintained. The location is in a perfect little town with friendly people. We saw numerous deer while sitting on the front porch relaxing. So many good things to say about our three night stay at this property. We absolutely loved our time here and look forward to coming back. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay at the Agates property. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here."
"Rustic means old. But great to be near the Falls. Rooms are old. Need a major update. Carpet stained. No fridge which is a must. Windows are old, did have a fan"
"We had a great stay here! The issues with the power outages were beyond their control. We very much appreciated the fact that they had a backup generator that supplied the WIFI for the lodge. This place has no cellular service as is true most places in this area.
The room was not fancy, it was rustic. It was set by a beautiful stream. The cabin was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The fire in the evening was a wonderful way to end the day. Gave a chance to meet other travelers.
Would stay again."
"Nice cabin close to everything and just off the main drag. So everyone is clear, this unit is the bottom portion of the cabin. There is a unit above you. We had a great time and the neighbors upstairs were respectful, too."
"This property is amazing. Can't wait to come back again and bring friends/family. Hot tub, sauna, the creek in the back. Just beautiful. We cozied up by the fire and enjoyed a late June snow even. Was told by the neighbor we just missed a moose walking right up the creek. Small general store in town and a few restaurants and gift shops as well. Can't beat the location to the NE Yellowstone entrance and the Beartooth Pass. Very clean and a well stocked kitchen. Pool table and ping pong were an added bonus. No issues with other people staying on the property as well. Owners were wonderful with communication before and during our stay."
