"Ideal location for a stay on Lake Travis.The hosts were welcoming and proactive, they even gave me a call when I booked to ensure I had all the information about what the place offered, water levels, and things to do around the area.The overall home was very clean, unfortunately since it was spring, there was tons of pollen on the outdoor uncovered areas - not their fault at all though.They provided enough toiletries for our entire group, and we loved that they had so much to do in the home. Ping Pong, outdoor dining, gas grill, coffee maker, comfortable seating, a collection of DVDs for us to watch, a stereo system.AC worked well and they provided extra fans. Beds were comfortable and they had TVs in most rooms.We came here with my wife and 6 other friends for my annual birthday and really enjoyed that the boat rental company and restaurant were steps away from our rental. The weather was perfect for a boat ride and swim.We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!"

"Location of the house on lake is nice, hot tub and dock are a plus. However you can’t use the fire pit because of a burn ban. The house is supplied pretty nicely and the neighborhood is nice. Lots of deer and balconies and patio was relaxing. The only thing that disturbed us was many soiled spots on the carpet and balconies were full of pollen and needed to be cleaned. "

"The comforter in the master was soiled with either food or a bodily fluid l. We reported it, the host was apologetic and stated she was going to do her best to get the bedding replaced, unfortunately I did not heard back from her. I would have appreciated a text to let me know why the bedding wasn’t going to be changed, instead the lack of communication was disappointing and upsetting. I know things can be missed with such quick turnovers, so I didn’t get upset about the dirty linens and was perfectly fine with replacing the bedding to ensure a clean bed but then silence, ignored. "Misleading Listing – Property Uninhabitable Upon ArrivalWe had a very disappointing experience with this property and would strongly caution others before booking.Upon arrival on 3/18/26, the home was in a condition that was completely inconsistent with the listing. The interior was dirty and showed clear signs of neglect, with damaged and unclean furnishings throughout. More concerning, the exterior amenities were unsafe and unusable—the pool appeared unchlorinated, outdoor furniture was moldy, and the grill was in poor condition.Traveling with children, we did not feel the property was safe or sanitary to occupy and were unable to stay at all. We documented the condition immediately and shared photos with the property manager that same day.This listing was presented as a “five-star luxury vacation rental,” but the actual condition fell far short of that standard. Based on our experience, this felt like a significant misrepresentation of the property.We are currently seeking a resolution."

"We enjoyed our stay for spring break week. Ashley had great communication with me about everything. We looked forward to using the bbq pit but it was not well maintained so we felt it could be a fire hazard, so we did not get to use it. Pet hair was visible on the couches and bed covers. Dogs are allowed which is nice, but special attention should be made by the cleaners to address these areas for smells and animal hair. "
