"Requested a double queen room, wasn’t aware of it until check-in, but they gave me a pet friendly room that had a strange smell to it. Air conditioner was very loud too. Was only staying for one night so not a big deal. There is a restaurant in the hotel, not included breakfast. "

"The pool area is nice and with 4 pools at least one pool should be off limits to children. We also had a snafu with the bedding (stained comforter) but once we told the staff it was immediately replaced. "

"The property itself was okay. When we first arrived at the cabin, there was a strong smell of rotten wood mixed with air freshener. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding had a strong scent of synthetic fabric softener. Since we are very sensitive to fragrances, this was difficult for us. We didn’t have much communication with the staff other than at check-out. The bathroom was quite old and kept clogging. The office was closed most of the time, and when I called the number posted on the door, no one answered. That said, we really loved the wood-burning fireplace inside the cabin—that was actually the main reason we decided to stay."
