Staff were lovely and helpful. Very convenient for parking, and a great option for a quick stop. Unfortunately, the room really needs some updating & maintenance. Toilet runs, blind cords hopeless knots, so you can't put them down at night. No curtains. No side tables by the bed. Other rooms are VERY loud. Even with fans and headphones, you hear EVERYTHING. Balcony could really benefit from an update. The massive table and huge plastic chairs mean the doors hit chairs unless you slide it all over. The fireplace was a nice option. Kitchen decently stocked, seeing a roasting pan available was kind of humorous. I'd stay again at reduced rates, as a last minute lay over... not somewhere I'd book again as is at full price.

Killed several cockroaches. Found dirty dishes in the cupboards. Carpets appeared worn, frayed, and dirty. Just needs a lot of tender loving care. Currently, a water main problem. Needed to boil water to use. Bed not very comfortable. However, plenty of room. A small one bed apartment style.

We had a good time. Good value per night for the size of our room. They closed the pool/waterslide a day early and apologized but didn’t offer any compensation when we booked purposefully to arrive one day early for the pool and waterslide. So annoying!! Hot tub was fine but every property has the same, we booked purposefully to have the pool/waterslide amenity. ALSO the property said it has a restaurant and it was also closed. No where in fairmont delivers food so we had to leave for everything. And groceries are super expensive in Fairmont. I might come back again during the summer but probably not.

We were very disappointed in the condition & cleanliness of our suite. The counter top was rippled, the toilet bowl & lid were stained, the bathroom floor was dirty, the coffeemaker did not work & the kitchen tap was loose & whole plate would turn when used. We had paid more for a deluxe room & when we checked in I asked specifically if this suite was in good condition. Very disappointing. These issues could be fixed with very little time & effort.

We stayed for only one night and didn't have time to use all the hotel's services. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows—they were a bit hard.The staff was friendly.
