  • Built in 2019, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom residence is located in the newest enclave of luxury cabins in Old Greenwood - the Signature Home Collection. A modern take on the single-family cabin, this home combines classic mountain architecture and clean modern interiors.

There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

    - This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
    - Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

Amazing stay

This is a very clean, nice, and spacious house. Also a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. They’ve got everything to bring a family together and have some fun(bunch of games, billiards, jacuzzi, etc). My family enjoyed our staying there, and would definitely come back:)

Wonderful experience

Beautiful

The property at Old Greenwood was top-notch. Beautiful property and close to everthing. The home included everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend to anyone visiting with a larger group. We will definitely stay again when visiting our family in the Truckee area.

Overall this is a beautiful home in a great location in Truckee. There are some things that need to be fixed, for example, the garage door was very difficult to close because the sensors were off. One afternoon we came back from skiing to a wide open garage, which was unsettling. However, after reaching out to let the property management company know about this issue as well as a back door lock, they were grateful, and seemed eager to fix. The rooms were a great size, and our kids loved the loft area. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible House

Was a pleasure staying at this lovely place in Truckee. The home had everything our group needed for a weekend on the mountain. Great connected Sonos sound system and the pool table was nice as well.

Nice accommodations, no access to facility without additional expense

Nice accommodations, but no access to the pool, gym, game room or spa without additional expense. For the amount of money that you are forking out for the place, access should have been provided as part of the stay.
