"Ryan was awesome and responded very quickly, any time I messaged him. The house was as beautiful as the pictures, my favorite areas were the swing by the water and the screened in porch!The place was very well stocked and had more than I would have expected.We were pleased with the accommodations and didn't have to leave to enjoy our time in the Pocono's."

"The property is beautiful. The house as well. If it wasn't for the fact we left the dogs at home with a sitter, I would never want to leaveThere's a calming energy here. Peaceful. The deer were my favorite thing by far of the trip. They nestle at night on the other side of the driveway. It's amazing how well they coexist with their human neighbors. Totally unfazed. Every morning we had coffee with mama and baby. My husband was sick the entire time so we didn't get to adventure, but the property is so relaxing it didn't even matter. Patrick was great. Very patient with me texting him. Very polite. The whole experience was a delight and he would love to come stay again. My only two complaints were my husband being sick and we didn't get to experience any bears lol.nothing at all to do with the property and host Thank you Patrick for allowing us to use your beautiful home. 10/10 ,"

"Our family of 7 adults and 2 young children had a perfect vacation here. We enjoyed the pool, fishing, the kayak, the canoe, bbq, fire pit, community beach and pool. Jose was very responsive to our requests. Some updates are needed to justify the high cost. These were communicated to the owner."

"Three generation family vacation. Everyone had a great time. The game room was a big hit and we all enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake and sitting around the firepit making smores. The kitchen was fully outfitted. Oleg answered all our questions guickly."

"We used the Top of the Word pool with our four teenage grandchildren. It was not crowded, the water was crystal clear. The creek behind the house gives it a real magic touch. It's all wooded and mossy and you can hear the water rushing from the deck. The house feels very private despite being fairly close to the others on the street. Also, the three-level set-up with bedrooms on each floor gave everyone their space. Overall a wonderful place to stay."

"The house was very clean. The host was very responsive. My only feedback would be there was only 1 small spoon so we had to buy plastic spoons and the front yard needed some curb appeal- lots of weeds and the address marker was falling over but I’m sure that can all be easily addressed. The back yard was great and the inside was perfect!"

"Beautiful and well kept home in a peaceful setting with a responsive host. It’s helpful to get there before dark because the last part of the trip involves a very short drive through a non paved wooded area. The rooms were clean and the home had with lots of features that everyone enjoyed, especially the game room and outside fire pit. We didn’t stay long enough to fit a movie night in our stay but the movie room downstairs looked awesome too."

"My family had a wonderful trip. My 43 year old brother was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and this was a whole family get away to all spend time together. The place was perfect for everyone who came. A few is the pinball machines didn’t function properly but no one sweat it. There was a ton of fun to be had. Thanks for sharing your home wig my family and me. A trip we’ll all remember forever."
