Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Place was double booked. There was already a family in the rental when we arrived for check in. Being Labor Day weekend, we had no where to go. The host never once responded to questions leading up to arrival, did not communicate at all, did not call when I contacted her yet again with the dire situation of being double booked. Property manager just as useless. We were just told that they did not have any other properties at that time and stopped communicating. Left me and my family and my dog outside trying to figure out where to go for ourselves.
