Guest access Guests have access to the entire property via keyless entry. Other details to note Minimum Age Rental Requirement = 25 years old as per local township regulations. Children under 2 also do not count toward total guest count. The home can hold 18 guests. \-Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement & ID verification \-You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include: Wood , Cleaning Services, Early Check in , Late Check out, Butler or Chef services CHECK IN/OUT: 1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval) 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee. They must be returned in the home after check out. The house had ample space to accommodate our large group in common areas while giving each couple their own space when it came to sleeping. Everything was labeled very well, and the instructions on the listing were spot on and well thought out. The place was clean, well furnished, well decorated, spacious, well stocked with kitchen & utility items, and had plenty to do without leaving! The host was also very responsive and friendly! The house was super clean, super spacious, and in a great location. I came with a big group of friends, and this was such a great house to stay in. The variety of game/activity options, the hot tub, and fire pit were perfect for us. It was well stocked with supplies too (linens, towels, dish soap, coffee, etc.) to get us started during our stay. The arrival and checkout instructions were super well organized and articulated as well, which was extremely helpful. We were also supplied with an area guide and local spots to check out during our visit. Everything was thought out extremely well, and it made it so much easier for me when planning my trip.
