This Townhome is in a prime location with a very short walk (down a gravel path from the parking lot) to the Boulder Lake Club as well as the Boulder Lake Tavern. It is also less than 1 mile to the slopes at Big Boulder Ski, and close to Jack Frost as well as a free indoor waterparks!!! On the weekends live music from the tavern can be heard from our deck or if you want, enjoy it at the tavern along with drinks on the lake and walk back! This is a 2 bedroom unit with a loft that can be used as an additional bedroom. A private and secluded corner unit with a huge outdoor deck area with included use of propane grill and plenty of seating. This is a very spacious and updated 1390 square foot 2 bedroom and a loft 2 full bath townhouse in the scenic and relaxing Lake Harmony. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed as well as toddler bed with beautiful updated flooring along with a loft with a queen bed for extra sleeping space and new flooring as well (please see picture). Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge for your stay. The pet fee will be requested on your day of check in and must be approved prior to checking in. Our HOA only allows one dog to be at the unit. The HOA also restricts Pittbulls, Rottweilers and Doberman. Please let me know before check-in so I can send you a payment request and you can enjoy the company of your pets during your stay.

Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster in the parking lot. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes.
