"Did not get the room I paid for with park view. Staff gave our room away and I was in a room I did not pay for. Pool was.not available my entire stay. Room is very outdated. TV is outdated. Beds are super hard pillows are flat and bedding is thin. Lighting in bathroom was terrible outdated and light bulbs kept going out. Had view of the parking lot not view of the park like I paid for. I keep trying to get a hold of someone from where I booked and no luck."
