Everyone at the Belltown is spectacular. They are friendly, very professional, proactive, and knowledgeable about Belltown and the rest of Seattle. The suggested using their recommended airport shuttle which was great. The next morning we took the shuttle to the cruise pier. We had the same driver aws the day before and so everything was like clockwork. Others we met there were likewise very pleased with this hotel.

The floors in the rooms were glued down pergo floors. Ours must have had water damage because the floors were buckled and squeaked and creaked from being warped.
