Nothing further than the truth.This is a small, quiet, layed-back retreat, set in rainforest. It has clearly been here for some time, so some of the facilities and the cabin in which I stayed have seen better days, but they suited my style of travel perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff, great cafe with a good meals menu. CONS: everything else. Quite a number of tiny cockroaches, dead and living in cabin. Ensuite floor needs a good scrub, camp ablution block and camp kitchen needs maintenance. Tenants should not be permitted to park their motorbikes IN the camp kitchen. We could go on, but…will not stay here again. Cabin clean inside but we could smell mould as soon as we entered. The entire outside of the cabin is covered in mould (including the aircon). This is surely an extreme health hazard. We had to burn incense sticks to deal with the musty smell.
