"This was our second time booking this house, though we have come to Lake Chelan (and to Wapato Point specifically) many times. This year we decided to book for two weeks with different friends and family planning to join us for parts of the trip. Unfortunately we hit peak wildfire/smoke season in one of the worst years we have ever experienced there. Our friends and family understandably bailed and we ended up leaving a week early, with most of the time there spent indoors avoiding the smoke. My review of five stars applies to the wonderful home and especially to our host since our vacation was otherwise marred by nature's sometimes cruel fate. To our great delight, our host, Hani, kindly offered a free booking next year as compensation for our unfortunate circumstance (for which the host obviously had no fault or responsibility whatsoever). We will always fondly remember this act of generosity. The home is clean, roomy, and well maintained and is in a perfect location (Wapato Point Resort) for a family vacation. I'm only sorry I cannot give a rating higher than 5 stars. Thanks again Hani!"

"The place was amazing for a couple of days stay with my family! Having the house located directly next to the water was wonderful, and the property had everything you could want such as water access, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a fire pit, and much more. The tv area with fireplace is amazing! The kitchen was immaculate and fully stocked with all the utilities, dishes, pots, and pans we needed. The host was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond, even bringing over a new teapot so we could enjoy tea during our stay. The host also took the time to blow leaves and pine needles off the pickleball court so we could play without any obstacles.While the property isn't brand new, it is well maintained. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back in the future."
