"This is not really a resort or hotel, it's actually just a motel. It is well-kept but the room we were in had a VERY strong smell of a deodorizer of some sort and strong moisture. Perhaps something spilled in the room and they had to clean it up. It made it difficult to sleep. It could have just been cleaners that they use in the rooms. The rooms are pretty bare bones and old, although well maintained. We were pretty disappointed in the breakfast, there was no meat protein it was just scrambled eggs and then you're typical assortment of some cereals, bagels, yogurt, and the oatmeal wasn't fresh made oatmeal, instead it was a bowl of instant oatmeal flakes that you scoop out and then add hot water to. They had one of those waffle makers you see it Holiday inn or Choice hotels. Again it was clean and well maintained just not what we were really looking for."

"This home was incredibly beautiful, comfortable and just so convenient for our needs as a group of ladies traveling together.The views from the property are gorgeous and the property is located a short drive from Manson and is within easy driving distance to all of Chelan’s activities.The home and the kitchen were incredibly well stocked and it had everything we needed. It was so convenient for cooking and we loved having access to the grill.We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Manson/Chelan area that wants all the comforts of home in a gorgeous setting!"

"Wow, what a location and house. My family and I made a last minute decision to go to Lake Chelan to take a break from work and we could not have chosen a better place. I didn’t pay too close attention to the pictures and, to be honest, I thought it was on Lake Chelan. It wasn’t. It’s on Wapato Lake which is about 10 minutes from Manson. We’ve been to Chelan 4-5 times overt the last 4-5 years and this was the best stay we’ve ever had. The location is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The view from the deck and the main floor living space is beyond beautiful. Lake Wapato is a quiet, peaceful, breathtaking location. We had no idea. This place is a bargain for what you get and it’s the perfect distance from Lake Chelan which can get crowded in the summer. Inside the house everything was what you’d want. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The best part though were the details. The towels were soft. The TV had legit cable so we didn’t have to log in to numerous accounts to watch the World Cup. You know that conversation you always have at a VRBO when you turn to someone and say something like, “I wish they had x, or y, or Z?” The house had that thing. In our case it was sandwich sized ziplocks. The dock is lovely. The gardens are peaceful and beautiful. We could not have been more pleased with this house. We will be returning and we strongly recommend you consider this place for your next family getaway."

"This was a very nice place to bring our family for our last hurrah summer trip. Although I find the price a little steep for the overall.Beyond this everything was cozy comfy and worry free with plenty of space and activities for the children and adults alike"
