A wonderful hotel. Perfect place to escape the world. Relaxing. Very lovely, helpful staff. Food delightful. Faultless.

Bled is overwhelmingly busy during the high season and it was delightful to retreat back Lukanc in the countryside to avoid the hordes people. We had amazing views of the mountains from our balcony. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Cooked pancakes or eggs are available on request. Room was on the small side but having the external balcony offset the small room size. We arrived in the dark and the google map was most unhelpful sending us the longest way round. However, all this was forgotten when we received a warm welcome on arrival and were shown our first class room with views of the lake. This is really a summer resort and there are lots of walks available but as it was January and the ground was covered with snow we used the car and only walked on prepared paths. Fantastic biker themed rooms and property with a friendly helpful host. Nice location with nice restaurants locally. Breakfast was simple but very nice.

A gem of a guest house style hotel tucked away up an atmospheric mountain road at the foot of a number of trails, surrounded by forest and with a stream across the front of the property. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options including authentic curry options alongside the more traditional menu.
