"Was in Zephyrhills to save money on lodging for my son's graduation from USF. My expectations were low. But I was pleasantly surprised at how well the property and the rooms were maintained. Had several positive interactions with the staff. I never had a chance to use the pool. But it looked clean and pleasant for my fellow guests that took advantage of that."

"Had a 3 day solo stay at this property conveniently located just off the freeway. It's situated next to an iHop that gets lots of traffic but I never had an issue with parking or noise. The property is older but very clean in and out. I felt very safe and there weren't any loud groups hanging around the parking lot or suspicious activity around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really made the stay worth it. The amenities (albeit dated) was a nice touch. They have a small conference room and Fitness room that's very small but useful. The treadmill was out of order so I couldn't use it. They also have a very small open door laundry mat on site that charges $4 to wash and $4 to dry. Units were clean but I didn't care for the open set up near the ice machine or price so I went elsewhere. Breakfast was a decent mix. Full breakfast (eggs sausage waffles etc). I would've like to see more fruit but over all the quality and selection were good. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. Its great for transitioning or if you need personal or small business group accommodations on a budget with extra amenities. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Paper copy of driver's license is issued until the hard copy arrives. The clerk insisted on the hard copy This would have been my fourth stay the clerk informed me that if I had attitude I didn't have to stay I was exhausted and only informed him that last week the clerk just copied that same paper. He told me to leave if I had attitude naturally I was not going to spend a thin dime there now or ever. He refused to refund my booking but never ever will he get away with such 3rd world tactics. The hotel was full & possibility he needed the room bc I told Expedia to have him get my original booking ready & he said there were no more rooms within 5 minutes. No customer service limited skills. The paper ID is accepted Everywhere it shows name address driver license # and photo"
