My room was clean except the floors, and shelf in the bathroom. The lady at the front dest wgo checked me in was very rude slamming the phone down, getting loud with ppl on the phone. The guy that checked me out was very helpful and pleasant. Thanks

Our stay was on the bottom floor, and it was very damp. The location is in a swampy area, so it makes sense when you think about it. I only wish I had known beforehand, because I would’ve opted for a room on a higher/dryer floor. Aside from the dampness of the room (even the sheets felt damp), the stay was great! Reception & guest services were very helpful, and the continental breakfast was quite delicious. There was a nice variety for people from all walks of life to choose from, no matter the diet preference. I’d definitely stay again. Just on a higher floor. lol

This hotel was very nice for the price. I saved a lot of money in comparison to what I have paid in the past and our stay was very comfortable. It was such a plus having free breakfast because with kids this saves a lot of money.

It’s old musty smelling. The jets in the tub were not clean. The breakfast was ok, not great. The breakfast area furniture was worn out and they were stains on the chairs in the lobby area. The room itself was a big size and could be very nice. The ACs were either too hot or too cold. I will travel in the area again, but I will not pick this place. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t good.

While the breakfast was good and the staff were very kind, the room itself was disappointing. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, the carpet felt damp, and my husband even found a bug on the bed. We stayed for four nights, but housekeeping only cleaned our room once—even though we never put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. I chose this hotel because I had a great experience here five years ago, but it feels like the property hasn't been well-maintained since then.
