This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.\*\*\*\*

Relaxing and a perfect getaway for a friends trip. The beds were amazing the kitchen had everything you need and more. The entire setup was ideal. We will be back!

#### The Fox Den was perfect...

The Fox Den was perfect for my husband and me. The chalet has a large, tastefully furnished great room with wonderful natural light, and a gourmet kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire place was spotless. Even with the weather not quite cooperating, we still enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. #### Beautiful getaway vacation 

We had the best time at Heather’s newly renovated, cool and comfortable lake house. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and the house comfortably fit my family and our children’s 2 teen friends and our dog. The Hideout offered lakes and beaches and pools. The house was cool enough and we had all the amenities of home (fully stocked kitchen and washer and drier). We also made s’mores out back almost every night. We would definitely go back to their home again. Thank you Heather!
