The Space: Villa Paula is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment located in La Parguera, PR. Guests can enjoy nice restaurants, bars, boat rentals, and unique water tours. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a shared swimming pool and one parking space. Villa Paula has the best location! Right in the heart of La Parguera, is a 2 minutes walk away from the “Plaza” where there is live music on weekends, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, Bio-Bay Tours, Scuba tours, and nightlife. The property has a washer & dryer, a perfect amenity for an extended stay. Please know as you get closer to La Parguera you might encounter smaller/narrow roads, through some towns. IMPORTANT NOTES: FOR CHECK-IN: The check-in process at this property is a bit complicated in that the beeper for the parking gate can only be left inside the unit. That means that upon arrival, you will need to park outside the community, use the pedestrian entry panel to access the community and then walk to the apartment to get the parking remote and be able to park your car inside. GETTING AROUND & PARKING Villa Paula includes one (1) assigned parking space. Renting a car is a must to get to/from La Parguera as there are many activities within 15 minutes of driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate. Also, Uber isn't readily available in the area. Once settled in at Villa Paula, you will find everything that you will need a few steps away. La Parguera is a nature-lovers paradise with ample opportunities for snorkeling, diving, hiking, birdwatching, biking, and so much more. Here are our top picks that you will enjoy during your stay: Explore the large selection of local restaurants. La Parguera in Lajas is a phenomenal destination for all things nature-related. There are mangrove reserves, nature reserves, and a bioluminescent bay, all of which combine for wonderful snorkeling & SCUBA. HOUSE RULES RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated. NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors. UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 5 adults/children at all times, including visitors. OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund. There’s a great coffee and pastry spot around the corner and little supermarket. Both walking distance. We had a great stay-the primary bedroom mattress is very comfy, clean sheets and towels and very cold mini splits made it awesome to sleep. The only thing is if you arrive after 7p the main road is closed off to cars for the nightlife so you’ll have to navigate a different way to the apt.
