I could see a part of the ocean from my balcony. I chose the least expensive small room with 2 firm twin beds. A/C works good. Wall TV too small to comfortably watch from bed. No chair or night stand. I had to park 5 blocks away at $50 a night. Coffee only in the morning lobby is just ok. Karaoke bar connected to lobby. Not sure what the $35 resort fee was for? No pool. I wouldn’t consider this a 3 star motel. 1 block from beach was the best. I would not stay here again but spend the extra $85 instead for a better place with parking, breakfast and pool.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Good location rooms were ok but not the cleanest - run down

The bathroom was very outdated. There’s no switch for the bathroom vent which was rusty and dusty. There’s no place to hang hand towel by the sink so had to hang it on the magnifier mirror. The table/ledge under TV and the coffee maker and box that had the coffee pods were visibly dusty. There was no office chair for the table/ledge that standard hotel rooms have; I had to request one and that was dusty and scratched up. The Pacific Tower ocean view was nice, able to see Friday night fireworks from balcony. The location was great, walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff was very nice. Valet takes a while to get the car because of other guests. As guests, there’s free admission to Bishop Museum and discount to Cirque du Soleil Auana.
