Ich fange direkt mit schwachstem Punkt. Das Wichtigste nach einem Wandertag ist, dass man sich vernünftig Duschen kann. Das ist hier nicht möglich wegen des zu schwachem Wasserdrucks. Dem Servicemitarbeiter das Problem gemeldet, wurde mir versprochen, der Hausmeister würde sich um das Problem kümmern. Passiert ist es nichts. Im Freizeitraum waren die Lichtkörper defekt. Problem gemeldet. Nichts hat sich geändert. Serviceleistung 0! Im Zimmer unerträglich warm.
