Spacious, luxurious apartments in our new building, equipped with every comfort. A large, secluded south-facing loggia with unobstructed views of Merano, the Adige Valley, and the Dolomites. An absolutely peaceful location.

Amenities include a light-filled living room with satellite TV, radio, tablet, and Wi-Fi; a double bedroom with box-spring beds; a separate children’s room; a kitchenette with a dining table, refrigerator, sink, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a microwave upon request. Dishes and silverware for 4 to 6 people, cleaning cloths, hand and bath towels, and bed linens. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge. There is also a walk-in closet with a safe and a large bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, a wellness bag with dressing gowns and slippers, as well as a rental backpack for the duration of your stay. In the summer, the apartments are cooled via underfloor heating.
The apartment does not include meals.

We offer a bread roll delivery service via the tablet. You can order your bread rolls by the evening before, and we’ll deliver them to your door the next day. Of course, you can also book breakfast and/or dinner—provided we still have space in the dining room or on the terrace. We charge €25 for breakfast for adults ages 15 and older, and €15 for children ages 6 to 14. For dinner, we charge €40 for adults and €20 for children ages 6 to 14. For the gala menu, adults pay €48 and children €30. Children under 5 eat for free at our hotel.

The apartments are cleaned daily; no final cleaning fee is required.
