  • A spacious apartment on one floor in quiet location near the beach & village situated in Praia da Luz, a former fishing village. The apartment has a large living-dining area with TV leading to a large sunny balcony fronting the beach looking out to the sea with lovely views of the Black Rock (Rocha Negra). It is equipped with two air conditioning units, in the living room and in the bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. There is one bedroom with two twin beads or a double bed. This bedroom has one fitted wardrobe with ample storage space. The location could not be better as it is close to main street and literally a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.
    The apartment is registered with the number 53053/AL and meets all the requirements regarding health and safety imposed by Portuguese law in the category of Accommodation for Tourists.
