I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any protectors they were very lumpy, we could not get the gas hob to work, the sinks had no plugs the water in the bathroom sink runs away very slowly a previous customer had complained about this in August but it still had not been attended too. The management company sent out a box of new wine glasses, a new toaster, the hob was fixed so could use although it wasn’t in good state, they did not attend to sink or send out new pillows but did send some plugs for sinks. The smell from the fridge was horrendous it was like dead fish!! The shower curtain made you feel like you didn’t want to touch it so stained from soap etc it looked awful. I did inform the guy at the management company about the fridge smell & shower but no action was taken. The only good things were the iron & ironing board were new as was the toaster after being replaced so Thanks for that. Manager of staff too busy to help, left his number but never answered. Other staff helpful. Description of apartment matched to the main building but this side building we got had none of qualities. No sea view, just view to next block.
