Casa muito acolhedora e funcional. De uma forma geral muito bem equipada. Tem a vantagem de estar a 3 minutos,a pé, da praia do Carvoeiro e a desvatagem de não ter estacionamento privativo. No que diz respeito a coisas a melhorar falta uma máquina de lavar louça.

Wassereinbruch

Nach einer Nacht mit sehr starkem Regen hatte ich einen Wassereintritt ins Schlafzimmer. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten eine Telefonnummer und dann einen kompetenten Ansprechpartnern bei FeWo zu finden, funktionierte der Rest dann relativ reibungslos. Ich bekam dann für ca. 3 Wochen eine Ersatzunterkunft. Nach der Dachreparatur konnte ich dann wieder zurück. Eine Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten wurde mir jedoch nicht angeboten. Auch nicht für den Betrieb des Trockengerätes in der restlichen Zeit. Viel leicht bekomme jetzt noch eine Antwort.
