"The property is well located in the Vila Senora de Rocha community, with its great communal pools area. Convenient for visiting the Algarve. The villa was spacious enough for our group of 6, and feels airy with its high ceilings. It was clean on arrival.There is AC, although we didn't need it in October. It could do with a little TLC generally, but all small stuff. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and the repair guy came promptly,"

"In general we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the bathroom but it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Our biggest complaint is with the twin beds. They were very uncomfortable and felt as if you were sleeping on metal slats. Also the bedding was too lightweight for the cooler nights. We will definitely return but only if the beds/bedding are upgraded."

Quando começaram a chegar mais pessoas foi mais chato mas nada a ver com o alojamento ou anfitrião mas com o tipo de pessoas irrespectuosas... Cons: Tivemos um prqueno contratempo com a fechadura e infelizmente não pudemos ir jantar fora na última noite como tinhamos previsto. São coisas que acontecem..."

"2 toliet papers for 1 week for 3 people also no bin bags until 3rd day. Shower was mucky and dirty. Tap water to brush teeth was nasty and all 3 of us got sick. Communication with host was very difficult and we had to buy alot of stuff ourselfs e.g first 2 days we bought bin bags we bought toliet paper soap shower gel as it was jot provided. Towels were dirty as well."

"We loved the apartment, and the outdoor spaces were absolutely wonderful. Being located just 100 metres from Praia do Carvoeiro beach was an absolute dream, and having everything on one single level made the apartment incredibly accessible and convenient. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is brilliantly bright and modern, and the three bedrooms provided excellent space for our group.
