Hotel mal preservado, banheiro cheio de mofo, chuveiro não funcionando corretamente. Não parei para reclamar pois ja era 23 horas. Na janela ao lado da cama, fiquei no 2⁰ andar..bem ao lado dos motores dos ar condicionados...muito barulhento, precisa verificar manutenção. Hotel foi apenas para passar a noite . Não indico, apenas como última opção caso precise.

Equipe gentil. Quarto precisando de bastante manutenção, portas e piso descascados, box do banheiro com limpeza a desejar. Precisamos mudar de quarto, pq o chuveiro não tinha água fria, sem condições de tomar banho, além de que precisava sentar de lado no vaso para não bater as pernas na parede. Café da manhã aceitável. Os hotel como um todo precisa de uma reforma e manutenção.

Quarto bem espaçoso, equipe muito atenciosa. Ambiente no cafe da manha muito aconchegante e comida deliciosa. A localização do hotel é otima. É super central e da pra fazer bastante coisas a pé.

Excelente localização e atendimento, único detalhe é que o café da manhã não era reposto, os alimentos e sucos terminavam e o pessoal não vinha repor, apenas quando pedimos alguma coisa a mais foi reposta, mas não todas, mas em geral tudo muito bom.

A hospedagem foi satisfatória. Infelizmente, o elevador do hotel estava estragado. O quarto é confortável, apesar de estar um pouco desgastado. O café da manhã é bom. O checkin foi rápido e o atendimento do pessoal foi muito bom, com prestatividade.
