The hotel was of a satisfactory quality, currently undergoing remodeling, and overall provided a pleasant experience. The most important aspect for me was the absence of unexpected guests, such as insects. The staff was friendly.

The room smelled bad but we used air freshener. The associate was very friendly. The pool was closed. The website didn't mention that which sucked becuz it would've been really nice in the evening since it was hot. Had trouble finding the hotel because the sign was a different name. Nothing to like! Hotel was completely locked down no guests. Gate to property was locked. We drove back the way we came and found another Hotel open and available. This is real folks not a joke!

Absolutely terrible place to stay!!! Let's start with the roaches and bed bugs. If that wasn't bad enough it's a junkie hotel, also when I pulled the covers back there was blood and urine in the bed. And the noises from people all hours of the night and traffic with loud pipes constantly going in and out. Please do not purchase online and do not stay here whatever you do. There are places 100 percent better. If you value your health and life pass it on by.

the hotel was closed down and Bayfront cancelled the reservation before i arrived, but i have not received a refund from Expedia. They claim i was a no show, but Bayfront sent me a cancellation before my reservation day even started. so the problem is with Expedia and not Bayfront.

Pool- joke! Half full of green murky water and the grass is grown up all around. The rooms are not well maintained, dingy overall. No breakfast! The sign out front said Smart Stay Inn NOT anything Wyndham would put their name on. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

BAD experience.

We arrived and there was a construction fence around it. The office was closed with 2 phone numbers on the door to call for service. Called both numbers numerous times, with no answer. All the rooms were gutted and the furniture was outside. Looked like they are in the middle of renovating (hopefully, because the place looked rather run down and shady.) We had to waste at least 2 hours going to numerous hotels to find a room because there was a state volleyball tournament, and other events, going on in town over the weekend. I will never use Hotels.com to book reservations for a hotel again. It was not a good situation

Defunct non operable hotel. Closed.

The hotel no longer in service. Drove up and only shape of sign on post, no sign. Building was torn apart and bed frames out in parking area as well as parking lot with large storage cargo containers. No sign of life and just a big deserted hotel. Possibly beginning a huge renovation project? I called hotels.com but they will need to contact Wyndham to refund my money since not a refundable reservation. Hoping a non existing hotel will be an exception for a refund.
