Plenty of linens, blankets, kitchen supplies and had a few esstentials available to get you started which was super nice, so you didnt have to run to the grocery store as soon as you got there. We loved the location. About 5-7 minutes (golf cart ride) to Spanish Springs and 15 minute trip to Sumter Landing. Golf cart provided looked brand new. House must have been remodeled and looked beautiful inside. New kitchen cabinets and really nice applianes. Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed walking every morning. It would have been helpful to have some information about bike and golfcart paths to get around. We ended up figuring it out using our GPS as well as some trial and error.
