    Enjoy a relaxed, four‑season stay on Lake Winnipesaukee in this spacious 4‑bedroom, 3.5‑bath home located in the Long Bay Association on Paugus Bay. Set on a 0.47‑acre lot, the house offers privacy, plenty of space to spread out, and access to great community amenities, perfect for longer stays with family or friends.

    The home has three levels with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Inside, you’ll find updated carpeting throughout and two newly renovated bathrooms. The main living area is open and welcoming, with a working fireplace that makes it especially cozy in the cooler months.
