The hotel is clean, and the staff were highly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The spa facilities were incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. The breakfast is simple, but it covers the basics well enough to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Staff were lovely! Hotel is for an older demographic. We didn’t use the pools much because they were very hot and the outside temps were also very hot. Manage expectations as it is not a North American 5* hotel but it is clean and the staff were excellent at addressing any issues immediately. Taxis from the casimiciolla pet are very expensive. 30euros for a 5 min trip.

I have been in the Terme di Augusto together with my partner and other friends. Staff has been overall kind and helpful. The hotel is very old and misses a serious renovation. Zero attention to details. Doors are poorly kept, closets are extremely old, the room and overall all the common areas look as if you are in 1980 and some damaged parts have not been fixed for long. Breakfast is very average.

La struttura è un po' datata, ma nel complesso è piacevole e con pochi accorgimenti potrebbe valorizzarsi molto. La pulizia delle camere è buona, mentre gli spazi comuni avrebbero bisogno di maggiore cura e attenzione. Purtroppo l'accoglienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative: al nostro arrivo il personale della hall non ci ha fornito alcuna informazione sulla struttura, sui servizi della spa disponibili o sulle attività da fare sull'isola. Abbiamo dovuto scoprire tutto da sole, e questo ha reso il soggiorno meno piacevole. La colazione è sicuramente l'aspetto più deludente: poca scelta e qualità non all'altezza, con un cappuccino erogato dalla macchinetta che lascia decisamente a desiderare.
