Pavilion of Sands 3: In the heart of the Lacanau pine forest, this small semi-detached holiday home offers a verdant and peaceful setting, ideal for a quiet stay while remaining close to beaches and cycle paths. It is located in the Aubarède district, within a hamlet of charming semi-detached houses, organised around pedestrian paths and equipped with private parking. The ocean is about 1.5 km away, shops at the same distance and the lake 4 km away.
Functional and pleasant to live in, this house is designed for holidays with simplicity. The living area consists of a dining space with a table and chairs, a sofa and a television, creating a friendly atmosphere. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The main bedroom has a double bed in 140 cm, a wardrobe and bedside tables. An additional sleeping area, fitted with a 130 cm sofa bed and shelves, allows for additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and toilets. It will be completely renovated and new for the 2025 season, bringing even more comfort to future holidaymakers.
Outside, a terrace with a small garden, equipped with a garden table and chairs, invites you to enjoy beautiful days amidst nature. A wooden-framed cellar completes the facilities, along with a reserved parking space in the residence.
Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and may be offered as an option. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Arrivée parfaite grâce à l’agence en gérance. Maison sale à l’arrivée mais l’agence a envoyé des agents pour refaire un ménage. Vaisselles salles malgré tout. L’emplacement est top et la maison est fonctionnelle. Pas plus de deux adultes et deux enfants. Terrasse au top et bien ensoleillée.
