Small sea and dune view from its south-facing terrace equipped with an awning.<br><br>Pleasant T3 apartment of about 34m², on the 2nd floor of 3 with lift, for the reception of 5 people. Kitchen area equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave, open to the living room, with its pull-out bench.<br><br>The beds are divided between the double bedroom (sleeping 140cm) and the cabin bedroom (closed) equipped with bunk beds in 80 plus the 2 trundle beds in the living room (2x70cm or double bed 140cm).<br><br>The bathroom has a bathtub and a sink. The toilets are independent.<br><br>Direct access to the beach at the foot of the residence. Surf schools 100 m away. Supermarket/petrol 200 metres away. The shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops located 500 m away can be reached by the very pleasant seafront walk. Everything can be done on foot. The casino is 2 km away, the golf course is 3 km away and the lake is about 6 km away. The residence also has its own playground and laundry.<br><br>Secure outdoor parking space. Parking in the garage at an additional cost.<br><br>Deposit: 500 €<br><br>45 minutes from Bordeaux and Cap Ferret, 30 minutes from the Arcachon basin.
