Situation idéale.Appartement agréable, fonctionnel. Appréciable avec son balcon avec mobilier orienté océan.Accès plage en face, centre Lacanau à 200 m. Commerces, surf shops au pied.Récupération, check out simples et facilités par une communication assurée par l'agence.( Période des incendies et évacuation gérées).A noter : non adapté PMR (escaliers). Axe d'amélioration possible : une machine à laver

L’appartement est charmant et fonctionnel pour deux personnes ! Parfaitement situé, nous n’avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine. Coup de cœur : balcon avec vue sur l’océan, parfait pour profiter des couchers de soleil !
