Vétuste

Maison numéro 32, propre et entretenue mais le mobilier est très vétuste : canapés tachés, lits usés, électroménager vieillot (plaques vitro…). Pour le prix, on s’attend franchement à mieux…

Das Haus war sehr schön und entsprach den Angaben

Die Umgebung der Ferienhausssiedlung war sehr angenehm. Der Jahreszeit entsprechend war recht wenig Betrieb. Das Haus könnte in einige Details etwas Pflege vertragen. Einige Dinge wären zu vermeiden wenn das Haus vor Übergabe besser inspiziert würde (z.B.Glühbirnen defekt). Der Pool war super und die Gartenmöbel und Liegen bequem und neu. Wir würden hie rjederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Rezeption zur Schlüsselübergabe war an einem anderen Ort, es waren keinerlei Hinweisschilder an der angegebenen Rezeption hinterlegt. Spülmaschine hatte kein sauberes Spülergebnis In der begehbaren Dusche sind starke Schimmelbeläge sichtbar.

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig, hat jedoch einige Mängel. So ist die geschotterte Zufahrt mit beladenem Auto nicht zu bewältigen und auch im Haus ist so einiges renovierungsbedürftig. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war total durchgesessen.

Das Haus, der Pool und auch di...

Das Haus, der Pool und auch die Inneneinrichtung waren sehr schön. Das einzige Mango ist die Ausstattung an Pfannen und Töpfen. Ein Spiegelei sollte keine 15 Minuten dauern :-) Ferner sollte angegeben werden das es sich bei dem Grill um einen Elektrogrill handelt. Wir waren das zweitmal in der Anlage und kommen gerne wieder.

Résidence estivel...

Il ne s’agit pas d’une location directe avec un particulier médiée par Abritel. Cela se fait avec Estivel et on a le droit à 40 minutes de queue à l’arrivée pour récupérer les clés. Sécurisation de la piscine variable : du volet roulant à l’alarme en passant par la bâche. Nous considérons cela comme inadmissible pour une location qui se veut de gamme supérieure. J’ai signalé que nous avions trois enfants de moins de 7 ans et que la simple alarme ne suffisait pas pour permettre des vacances sereines. L’alarme se déclenche une fois l’enfant dans la piscine et annonce donc une noyade en cours : nous avons réclamé une villa disposant de n’importe quel autre système permettant d'empêcher l'accès à la piscine pour ne pas être obligé d’être posté en surveillance en permanence devant la piscine ou d’avoir à s’enfermer dans la villa à la moindre occasion. Refus de trouver une solution et de chercher une villa disposant d’autre chose qu’une alarme : montée de ton et après moultes palabres on nous propose finalement une villa plus petite (payée le prix de la plus grande évidement sans remboursement). Le tout en insistant pour que nous remplissions le questionnaire de sécurité sur l’utilisation de la piscine : assez drôle finalement... L’alarme de piscine est le système qui permet de louer légalement une piscine mais n’offre en aucun cas le même niveau de sécurité et de sérénité qu’un volet, qu’une bâche à barre ou une barrière. C’est le moyen le moins coûteux ce qui explique bien sûr ce choix. Il n’est pas normal que ce prestataire n’impose pas aux propriétaires une sécurisation uniforme et plus rassurante tout en se défaussant totalement sur les locataires concernant les éventuels accidents. Il n’est pas normal non plus que cette répartition hétérogène des modes de sécurisation ne soit pas signalée dans le descriptif ou le contrat pourtant très détaillé concernant les devoirs du locataire : savoir de quelle manière est sécurisée la piscine me semble légèrement plus important que la présence ou non d’une cafetière... Nous ne louerons évidement plus de villa gérée par Estivel. Dommage parce qu’elles sont spacieuses et bien placées. Le séjour s’est d’ailleurs passé dans de bonnes conditions une fois le tumulte passé.
