Alles in allem sauber aber etwas abgewohnt. Bräuchte eventuell etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Ansonsten ist das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis gut. Da es als Maisonett angeboten wird sei gesagt das es über eine Raumspartreppe zum Schlafzimmer geht. Einrichtung modern, alles Nötige vorhanden. Lage optimal, netter Kontakt. Leider nicht besonders sauber, viele Haare von diversen Menschen und auch Tierhaare in allen Räumen. Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig gespült. Die ganze Wohnung incl. Bett waren mit Febreze eingesprüht. Dieser intensive "Duft" hing in allen Textilien und hat uns sehr gestört.
