"Die Beschreibung des Inserats war im Großen und Ganzen zutreffend. Der Empfang vor Ort war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wendtorf ist ein schöner Ort, seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.Die Wohnung hatte allerdings einen speziellen Eigengeruch, was den ersten Eindruck etwas getrübt hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht vollständig – so fehlten einige wichtige Utensilien, wie Kellen, Abzugshaube oder Weingläser. Zudem gab es kleinere bauliche Mängel, die den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt haben....

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie ist groß, geräumig und sauber gewesen. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch angelegt. Für unsere Kinder und Jugendlichen war die ruhige Lage manchmal bedingt annehmbar. Sie hätten sich ein wenig mehr Aktion gewünscht. Dafür war der Strand gut in etwa 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles in Allem würde ich wieder buchen und kann die Unterkunft empfehlen."

"Edelstein ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Einrichtung. Die Lage mit der Sicht auf die Kieler Förde ist sehr schön, allerdings läuft sehr viel lärmender Autoverkehr am Haus vorbei. Das Bad in der Wohnung Edelstein ist relativ klein und die Dusche ist sehr eng und rutschig. Eine Haltestange in der Dusche wäre hilfreich."

"Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Außer einer Mikrowelle (auf die man auch mal gut verzichten kann), gab es alle üblichen Küchengeräte. Sogar einen Kuchen oder Muffins hätte man backen können. Die Betten beim Doppelbett waren uns vielleicht ein bisschen zu weich, aber da ist ja auch immer persönliches Empfinden - geschlafen haben wir trotzdem gut.Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka und nem Bäcker) war super. "Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall."
