The space
The house is completely renovated and extended in 2020. It now consists of two parts.
The rear part has one combined bedroom and livingroom (Studio) with its own kitchen, bathroom and own entrance with access to the beautiful private yard (This listing)
The front part has two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen and bath room. The entrance is at the front with it's own, southern style, porch. (This is not part of this listing and will be listed soon).
It's also possible to rent both parts together as a 3 bed 2 bath house.
Although both parts are seperate we do ask to be respectful of the other guests cause noise might travel a bit in this 1911 house.
Guest access
The entrance is at the back. At the back there is a large private yard that borders on the beautifull Callaway park with the Memorial tower. It is surrounded on 3 sides with the park with makes it a unique location in downtown LaGrange. There is plenty space for parking your car. You can park it on the private driveway next to the house, in front of the house or in one of the many parking spaces at the park. I85 exits 13 and 14 are within 5 mins
