  • Perfect house to visit Zion National Park! This home is new to VRBO but we are confident you will love our little house in beautiful southern Utah! This immaculate tiny giant of a house packs a punch! All new paint, appliances, fully equipped kitchen & plush comfort bedding. Two beautifully decorated bedrooms PLUS a large couch with pullout mattress underneath it in living room.
    The full garage is converted into a game room w/ ping pong and foosball too! Large screen TV on wheels can be used in the garage. New BBQ with propane. Washer and dryer. The property lot is very large and there is even space for RV parking and plenty of parking for additional cars too. Near Zions Park & town conveniences!

Good family stay for local canyoneering vacation

We had a good stay and though small was well suited and provided enough space for my wife, 4 and 2 year old, and I to have a fun weekend in the area.

perfect little house!

We loved the little house, close to Zion, Kolob canyon, and Red Cliffs! Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Clean and updated. Had a great stay and fun games to entertain yourself at the end of the day.

Great location for our Sand Hollow trip!

This property had everything we needed. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for a couple or small family. Close proximity to outdoor activities and all the necessities. Unfortunately on our trip we had to seek medical care for an emergency surgery. But am pleased to say the local ER gave us excellent care. And all went well and we rested up at the VRBO before our trip home.

Convenient to Zion

We stayed while we were visiting Zion & found it to be a convenient and more affordable. The place was clean and we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table and I appreciated having a washer and dryer to do a couple loads of laundry. We went to River Rock Brewing company and had a great dinner with a beautiful view. The negatives- the couch has multiple stains and some of the accent pillows did also or were just worn or torn. So despite being able to see that the house was “clean,” it made it feel unclean. Additionally, I think there is a rooster next door. We are early birds, so it wasn’t an issue, but it might bother someone trying to sleep in.

Good location. Bedrooms and kitchen were well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Great little house, great value for the money. However, it does appear that they haven’t updated the living room, playroom or outside furniture in a while.

We were traveling with our 2 young adult children. There was room for all 4 of us and it didn't feel crowded. It is a small place, but the owners have created spaces that feel cozy and comfortable. We used it as a home base while hiking in Zion. We used the garage space a lot and we ate our dinners outside in comfort.
