### Cozy Green Retreat - 800m from Beaches, Close to Guérande & La Baule

The Prés des Rochas cottage is located in a green setting, 800 m from the beaches and shops, 7 km from Guérande, and 15 km from La Baule. It boasts a 1000 m² enclosed wooded plot with a terrace and bicycle storage.  
On one level: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (combination oven), 2 bedrooms (1: 1 queen-size bed with outdoor access and private terrace, 2: 2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet (access via the shower room). Laundry room in an outdoor storage room.  
Amenities included: freezer compartment, DVD player, baby equipment (bed, booster seat, bathtub).  
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linens, towels/household linens (to be paid on site), and tourist tax. Pets: €100 deposit.
