Apartment in a small building facing the sea and the Men Du beach. Located approximately 900m from a supermarket and 1800m from the shopping centre. Approximately 58m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (above a raised ground floor), with balcony overlooking the sea. Main south-facing aspect. WiFi. Entrance serving: A living area of approximately 27m² with a French window overlooking the balcony, facing the sea. This room includes a dining area, a living room corner with sofas and television, a single bed (90 x 190 cm).
