Mais l'état général est déplorable: moquette au sol jamais nettoyée et l'odeur de poussière vous prend à la gorge, sans parler des tâches au sol. Les canapés sentaient également la poussière et le renfermé. La terrasse est superbe mais les jardinières ne sont remplies que de mauvaises herbes. La salle de bain est a refaire entièrement et elle est malsaine (éléments rouillés, murs couverts de liège). L'équipement global de l'appartement est au top, le lave-linge, le sèche-linge, le lave vaisselle sont tous en Bosh.
