Villa 350 meters from the beach, in a pine forest, in a residential community

Architect's house, in a quiet park, under the pines with a pretty beach which is at the end of the alley at 300m and an enclosed landscaped garden. Built in the sand, with a large sunny wooden terrace at the back, comfortable in summer and winter (fireplace and heating by heat pump). Modern and warm, it benefits from all the comforts, sofas and quality bedding and is very well equipped. Bright with its large openings and its atypical volume, its circulation is fluid and allows everyone to isolate themselves or to find themselves. Protected from the hustle and bustle and the summer animation, it is nevertheless easily accessible to the city centre, and many sports (water), cultural (marshes, car museum) or festive (Puy du fou) activities
