Located in a peaceful residential area, this comfortable villa of approximately 150 m², spread over two levels, welcomes you to the heart of a wooded environment of 800 m². Surrounded by vegetation and bathed in light, it can accommodate up to 8 people and features 3 bedrooms, 3 terraces, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and 2 toilets. On the ground floor, an entrance leads to a first east-facing bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a large closet, with direct access to a shaded terrace. The separate, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a south-facing terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. A spacious, bright, dual-aspect living room benefits from triple exposure and provides access to the south- and west-facing terraces. A second bedroom, facing north, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet complete this level. A pantry with a washing machine and dryer ensures optimal comfort. Upstairs, the mezzanine overlooking the living room offers a relaxation area with a sofa bed and television. There is also a shower room with toilet, as well as a third bright bedroom, facing south and east, equipped with two single beds and a large closet. Outside, three sunny terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day, while the landscaped garden, adorned in particular with a beautiful eucalyptus tree, invites you to relax. The garage is reserved for storage and parking is easy in front of the villa or on the street.
