One kilometer from Lake Cazaux and 9 km from La Teste-de-Buch, stay in our new 130 m² single-story house with a 6-seater outdoor hot tub, including a reclining hot tub, located in a quiet development at the foot of the cycle path connecting the lake and the ocean. A fully enclosed and secure 500 m² garden and a 70 m² wooden terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture will welcome you for pleasant moments of relaxation. The house features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large, bright living room with a lounge area and a TV area with a large opening onto the terrace, making it ideal for gatherings with family or friends. In the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a large wardrobe, and one bedroom equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. A large utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment is available. Parking for two vehicles is available. Bed linens, table linens, towels, and heating are included in the price. Electric heating. Tourist tax is an additional charge.
