Of recent construction, year 2013, located on the 1st floor, with an area of 44m2 consisting of a living room equipped with TV with internet, a home cinema, a high quality sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 140 bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, an entrance hall plus a large 8m2 balcony and private parking. Due to its exceptional geographical location, the Arcachon Bay, 200m from the accommodation, is accessible by the coastal path passing in front of the residence and crossing the Near Salts. This path will allow you to go around the Basin by mountain bike or on foot to Cap Ferret and return by boat to the port of Arcachon. Multiple cycle paths are accessible leading you either to the ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla about 5km, or on the coastal path passing in front of your accommodation. The entrance to Arcachon 2 km away, and its pier on the seafront 20 minutes away, accessible by bicycle on this trail. At around 15 km, you can visit the Teich Ornithological Park accessible by car or by the coastal path, breathtaking views of the basin and many different bird species depending on the season will amaze you. Lumineux, spacieus, calme, prêt de la nature d'un coté et du centre de la Teste de Buch de l'autre coté. Pas besoin de voiture, les visites peuvent se faire à pied ou à velo (disponible sur place). J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration, les meubles sont tous comfortables, deux télevisions (une dans la chambre, l'autre dans le salon), bonne cuisine spacieuse. Lave-linge dans la salle de bain. L'appartement s'agrandit en ouvrant les portes-fenêtres sur un balcon avec meubles d'extérieur et deux jolies plantes de jasmin. Le propriétaire est adorable , très disponible et de bons conseils. La location est impeccable et fidèle à la description. La résidence est très calme, les habitants croisés y sont charmants et discrets. Bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location. ##### patricia b. Il est très agréable, spacieux, bien aménagé avec goût et gardant la fraîcheur offrant ainsi un havre de bien-être pendant les journées caniculaires. Nous avons profité des vélos pour nous balader et découvrir le littoral! ainsi que le marché quotidien de La Teste. Notre hôte très sympathique était disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous espérons y revenir. N’hésitez pas à choisir cet appartement. ##### Christine B.
