Stayed here for 4 nights whilst exploring the Cinque Terre - great restaurant nearby (Osteria La Carabaccia - booking required), and a couple of good grocery stores (Co-op and Basko.) Our hostess highly recommended a day out in nearby Porto Venere - and this was a very good recommendation! You can catch ferry boats here to the Cinque Terre villages.

We had a lovely room, very clean and had what we needed for a family of 4. It's in a very good location, with lots of supermarkets close by and it was about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Excellent room for a stay in the region. There's a great view from the room and the terrasse of the city and the surroundings. Everything is extremely clean. The host is super friendly and takes time to share her knowledge of the region. One thing to take note of is that a car is highly recommended to access the property otherwise it must be a bit long to walk to the city center (train station, port). Only a (very nice) restaurant is located nearby (5min walk)

距離車站約10分鐘，房間舒適，空間大，設備齊全，有空調、冰箱、電視等，職員亦很友善，推薦!!!!

property was closed to the train station making it easy to get to, and get Cinq Terre. The apartments are very nicely decorated, an the a/c is fabulous! Just what you need in a summer heatwave! The kitchen is really useful. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Great hotel located close to the station. Friendly staff , great breakfast and excellent amenities

Great communication, hosts always very helpful and responsive Perfect location if wanting to travel to Cinque Terre, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a couple travelling around Italy We asked for some washing to be done and they did it right away and returned straight back to our room, couldn’t have asked for more :) Would recommend to friends and family!

Lovely room, great location right in central La Spezia, and easy access into Cinque Terre. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and available at all times to answer any questions, would highly recommend!

An absolutely gorgeous guest house with amazing owners and staff who were knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. The room was top tier in both cleanliness and general aesthetic. Definitely worth visiting again for Biassa, the surrounding towns, and of course Pietra di Mare.

The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city centre. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it!

We couldn't have picked a better base from which to visit Cinque Terre with La Spezia station a very short stroll from the front door. Trains travel regularly and quickly to the five villages and run late at night. Situated in a grand old character building, it's a brand new modern refurb that's spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy and there's a mini fridge provided. As a Brit, it's also always nice to have a kettle and a selection of tea bags when you arrive. The owners couldn't have been...

The host of the place is super welcoming and make your stay comfortable. I enjoyed staying here as it is close to main walking areas. The place is clean and very modern and has all necessities. Wifi is fast. You can also leave your luggage if you want to travel more in nearby areas. Definitely recommend this place for stay

We absolutely loved this little guesthouse. We didn't know what to expect as neither of us had really stayed in a guesthouse before and we were staying in hotels for the rest of our travels. This place was wonderful. When you arrive, you think you may be in the wrong place as the guesthouse is part of an appartment block - but don't let that fool you! When we arrived we were welcomed by a very friendly local (who's name I have forgotten). He spoke excellent English and gave us lots of...
