Jennifer was very helpful getting us into the apartment and set up. Breakfast was downstairs in the adjoining cafe where there was a great selection of fresh products. The apartment was very modern and clean with air conditioning. Although located in an excellent central location to explore the town and local area by train or boat, the apartment was very quiet on a night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in La Spezia! The location is excellent, right in the city centre with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is also close to the beautiful waterfront, and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and proactive in messaging me before arrival, providing clear instructions on how to access the hotel and explaining the available amenities. Their helpful communication made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was another highlight, with generous portions and plenty of food provided. We especially appreciated that we could take away any food we couldn't finish, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location, comfortable accommodation, attentive staff, and generous breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Spezia!

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was hard to find. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking. This was not disclosed and should be disclosed to customers. The breakfast was very cheap: a croissant, very small focaccia with cheese, 1 small cup of coffee, 1 bottle of water and a slim small half glass of juice. No eggs, no variety of breakfast items to choose from. Left breakfast still hungry. Other than that, it was ok.

Jenny took great care of us. So welcoming after a long trip was very appreciated. Easy access from train station... beautiful walk. Every detail was taken care of... even real china tea cups. There was a small issue with the hot water, and she had it fixed within five minutes. Highly recommend.

La propriété etait bien propore et bien situé. Nous déplorons le manque de présence d'une personne pour nous accueillir, il y avait deux Key pad de chaque côté de la porte et nous avons dû entrer en contact avec la personne qui avait laissé un message sur whatsapp pour en déterminer le bon ! Ruelle sombre rempli de graffiti ( pas tellement rasssurant) et aucun message la la fin de notre séjour pour le check out ... Nous devions payer l'éhebergement sur place, mais personne physiquement sur place ! nous avons été contacté une semaine après être de retour à la maison pour faire le paiement de l'hébergement. conclusion situation très inpersonnel

Sijainti oli tosi hyvä. Lyhyt matka kaikkialle. Huone oli toimiva. Jääkaappi, ilmastointi, vedenkeitin ja kassakaappi. Ikkuna oli vilkkaalle kadulle, mutta mitään ääniä ei kuulunut. Hyvä äänieristys. Sisäänkirjautiminen oli etänä, mutta toimi hyvin. 3 eri koodia hieman hankalaa, mutta kiva kun voi kulkea milloin haluaa. Aamiainen alakerran kahvilassa oli ihan hyvä. Sai valita itse mitä halusi 7 €:lla. Sillä sai ihan kivan aamiaisen. Henkilökunta baarissa oli loistavaa ja erittäin avuliaita. Uloskirjautuminen vähän liian aikaisin, klo 10. Mutta kaiken kaikkiaan tosi hyvä kokemus!

Detta är ett bed & breakfast inget hotell. Ingen recept, ingen personal. Sängen var hård och toaletten luktade avlopp. Frukost serverades i baren runt hörnet. En flottig macka, en croissant och en kaffe, max 7 euro annars fick man betala extra.

Chambre très confortable avec rangement suffisant, avec petit salon et grande salle de bain en marbre. Tout était très propre, joli et bien entretenu. Très bien situé, près du marché couvert, dans la zone touristique où il est facile de trouver des restaurants et des boutiques. Le seul petit bémol, c’est l’accès avec codes et l’entrée de l’immeuble pas si accueillante et un peu défraîchie. Même s’il n’y a personne à l’accueil on avait un contact qu’on a pu joindre pendant notre séjour. Je recommande certainement l’endroit.

Een verzorgde schone ruime B&B gelegen op de eerste verdieping (zonder lift) in het oude stadscentrum aan de winkelstraat. Op de beganegrond om de hoek kan je gebruikmaken van het ontbijt bij het zelfgenaamde café. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst! Helaas tijdens mijn verblijf werkte de regendouche niet optimaal.

Det var svårt att hitta boendet då restaurangen Benso 1810 låg på ena sidan av byggnaden och dörren in till boendet var på andra sidan. Personalen hade det lite svårt med engelskan men vi lyckades förstå varandra ändå. Fint hotell rum och rent.

Muy bien ubicado. Como a 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. Hay restaurantes, tiendas, bares caminando. Es una zona muy transitada muy linda. El cuarto muy lindo al igual que el baño. La comunicación vía WhatsApp fue excelente. El desayuno incluido es en una cafetería con un muy buen café y pan pero sobretodo muy atenta la chica que nos atendió. Lo recomiendo
