### Studio on the Beach, feet in the water

 Located on the 5th and last floor with elevator, on Sablettes beach, feet in the water. The 2 \*\* classified studio offers a panoramic and breathtaking view of the entire harbor, the beach and the mountains. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafe, press, bakery, etc. at the foot of the rental. Large sandy beach for swimming and water games.  
  
The accommodation includes a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, oven. Kitchen equipment, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, dish, pots, pans, ... Table, chairs, lamps, double sofa bed, television. A bathroom with shower, sink and WC.  
  
Free and unlimited WIFI.  
  
Many activities day and night (especially summer), karaoke, Provencal market, bar, ...  
Toulon port is 20 minutes by boat / bus, Toulon train station 30 minutes, the airport is 35 Kms.

#### Sehr zentral gelegen, herrliche Lage am Strand

Nachts sehr laut durch Restaurants, Straßenreinigung und Müllabfuhr, hat uns aber kaum gestört da wir immer total müde waren von den tagesausflügen😀 Die Wohnung ist praktisch und schön! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank!!!
