Welcome to Villa Infinita! The villa’s extravagant size and carefully considered layout make it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends holidaying together, and an excellent venue for special events and celebrations.

This was one of the best vacations ever!

This was an amazing villa with top notch staff! The villa exceeded our expectations! The special touches throughout the villa made us feel right at home. It is an wonderful set up for our large group, bringing us all together but still giving great privacy with separate sleeping quarters. Once we had the first dinner at the villa, we cancelled reservations to go out! Not a chance we were missing a meal cooked by Carlos! The staff were very attentive, going over and above. We will be back!

Amazing property !

We spent almost a month at this villa. Our family with children between ages 5-10. The villa is spectacular, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and at the same time we can all sit together over breakfast. The views are breath taking the pool is very safe for little kids and the hot tub is always hot. I can go on for a while how nice the villa is. The true gem of this villa is the team. Ariana and Milagros go above and beyond to ensure you feel at home. All requests were promptly taken care of , any issues immediately addressed. Highly recommended eating at the villa, Yefreseys cooking will be missed ! Thank you again for letting us enjoy your villa and i hope to be back again soon!

Amazing House

This house (along with the staff, property manager and owner) was incredible. The pictures really do not do it justice - the place is massive and very well designed and maintained. We came with a group of 15 people and had a great time...There is a huge amount of space and every bedroom and bathroom is extremely nice. Also, the house Chef, Chef Carlos, did an amazing job and was seemingly always serving up a delicious meal or snack. The house is right on the 11th hole of Teeth of the Dog and sitting in the huge pool and watching the golfers go by was a highlight of my trip. The house is about 15 minutes by golf cart to the Marina and about 4 minutes to the main hotel which made everything very convenient. I want to say thank you to Ariana for an amazing vacation and an unforgettable house. I hope to be back soon!

Concierge Difficulties

The rating for this property was hard to give. I was here for my wedding at Casa de Campo. Overall, the property is immensely clean and the staff in the home were wonderful. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars. The pool is outstanding as well. My biggest issue with this stay was our concierge. There were some big issues with communication. I did have to follow up with her on several E-mails before coming. I had asked her to have enough groceries for twelve people for breakfast for the days we were here, to rent golf carts, and for her to arrange airport transport too. I has asked her if I needed to fill out a form or provide a credit card to pay for the golf carts and she said no the golf carts would just be at the villa. The problems started at the airport. When we got outside the airport we were looking for our transfer and could not find it. We called our concierge and texted her and she did not pick up. She did call back a few minutes later and said the driver was at another terminal. It took about another 20 minutes for him to show up. We tried calling her again multiple times while waiting because we were worried we had still missed them. She didn't respond to our calls until we had finally found our driver and were about twenty minutes into our journey. That night at 9pm two men came to our villa asking for payment for our golf cart rentals. I was never made aware I needed to bring several hundred dollars in cash to pay for the rentals, especially since I had previously asked if I needed to. That was extremely frustrating and inappropriate to have two men show up demanding money at 9pm at night. We had to ask the guys to come back the following day so we could get cash and confirm with that this wasn't a scam. In addition, the concierge never mentioned what we needed to do in order to get more gas for the golf carts, which became an issue later on. The concierge also did not tell the chef to buy the appropriate amount of food, which we found out on our third day when our chef informed us there was not enough. There were a few issues with the property. Several rooms had issues with showers or no hot water. This property is massive, so I am understanding that upkeep can be challenging. My review for this property is really based on the concierge. There was poor communication and that really affected our stay. Unfortunately, we had several other issues with communication, but there is not enough room to write them out in this review.

Family trip

The house is very nice and spacious, we were 13 we fit very comfortably. It is also in a great location and very well equipped. One of the best parts was the service and chef, they were very accommodating and friendly; the meals were very good! The house was kept very clean with everything we needed and wanted handled professionally by the staff. However, we did have some problems that should not happen at this price range: - the house has some maintenance issues, the shower in one of the rooms didn’t work properly, barely any water came out. Two of the outside showers didn’t have working hot water (the pipe was broken) and the AC in one of the rooms was broken and didn’t get fixed. - communication with the owners was slow at best (I am still waiting for a reply…), the concierge did reply promptly once we managed to get in touch with her. - we had a 7-day trip planned which in essence is 5 days due to check-in and check-out days and we wanted to enjoy it in the house with the family together. During the second to last day they decided to add chemicals to the pool without asking us rendering it useless and we therefore weren’t able to enjoy one day at the house, we were forced to go to the hotel so the kids could enjoy a pool. This was completely unacceptable and the owners didn’t really care about this issue, they never responded to my comment. This issue really bothered us and damaged an otherwise very good trip.

We had an amazing golf trip to Casa de Campo. Our entire trip was organized extremely smoothly with the help of the host. From transportation to dinner recommendations and reservations, everything was extremely professional. The location of this house is just down the street from the rear entrance to Tooth of the Dog, which was very convenient. This home was extremely private, and the pool was a 12 out of 10. We lounged there every day and evening for hours. Multiple comfortable bedrooms with great AC. We will certainly come back again.

Great Spring Break '22

We and 3 other families and our respective high school seniors stayed at Villa Infinita for Spring Break in March. The layout of the villa compound was perfect for each family to have ample space and privacy, with the numerous public spaces around the property perfect for fun meals, swimming and hanging out together. Milagros handled all our requests seamlessly (e.g. boat and golf cart rentals) and Noemi, Oscar, Oscar and the staff prepared spectacular meals and drinks daily. Only very minor critique was that all of the numerous spas/hot tubs within the compound were out of service. Since the weather was warm, the main pool was enjoyed by all.

Incredible Time!!

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Infinita. We celebrated my friend getting married with a large group of girls, and had such a fun time. We felt so at home and comfortable - Milagros and the staff were so wonderful and took such good care of us. They went above and beyond—helping decorate the house, making incredible food and drinks, helping set up for activities, they did it all! The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed many outdoor showers, drinks by the pool, and celebratory cocktail hours. We would do the whole weekend again if we could. We hope to be back soon, and highly recommend this stay!

We recently stayed at Punta Aguila 63 last week for 3 nights (19 of us total). I will be honest, I was a bit hesitant when I saw the last review on VRBO but the NEW property manager, Aliana, put me at ease that the property was going to be as described and we are not disappointed! The house was absolutely stunning and very clean. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating for all our needs. The ACs were all working, all linens were clean, bathrooms had hot water. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Villa experience with a large family

As a family, we have been able to travel to many places where they accommodated our large family with adults and spouses. I would rank the experience we had at Villa Infinita at the top. The house was perfect for our family which needed 7 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The cook Carlos and staff where excellent. They where flexible to our schedules and timing of meals. We got to the point where we fully trusted Carlos to give us a unique experience. We had a traditional Dominican cuisine twice because it was so good. The quality and convenience of the food kept us at the Villa. The rooms where clean and staff made the extra touch with the decorative towel placements on the beds each night. The location and rental of (2) 6 person golf carts gave us all the freedom to move around Casa de Campo. The key to having made our experience what it was is to the credit of the property's new concierge, Aliana. She was new to the property, joining several weeks before we arrived. We worked with her on several AC and electrical issues but all where resolved without burdening our family's stay. Once the property hired Aliana, our pre-trip experience changed completely. She was attentive to our needs and is well connected in the community. Our family rates this as one of the most relaxing trips we have taken, even with COVID concerns. I would book this property again and will refer friends. Thanks to our new friend in the DR, Aliana. The only thing that I would recommend to travelers is to work out the money before. We normally use credit cards and limit the amount of cash we bring. We ended up using Zelle to transfer money to pay for food receipts and tips that are paid at the Villa. Aliana help us do the transfers with very little cost to exchange. Dollars are accepted. Thanks Aliana and team for many wonderful experiences we have brought home from Casa de Campo. P.S.: You have to get the Mango's each day from the tree on the property.

Observation

Where do I begin this Villa was definitely not what my group of friends and I were expecting. After our arrival, we found the property to be in a complete state of disrepair and unfit for occupancy. We were extremely uncomfortable and disappointed that representations made regarding the condition of this property were falsely advertised. The Concierge assigned to this property was onboarded only 2 days before our arrival and confirmed that there was no walk-through or inspection conducted of this property in advance of our arrival. Multiple lights in exterior and interior out throughout the property. A/C in the upstairs bathroom as well as dining room not functioning at all. Majority of A/C remotes needed to be changed out as you couldn't control A/C through them. All pools throughout the property either dirty containing bugs and dirt or simply just completely empty and dirty. In addition to these conditions, this property did not meet basic cleanliness standards. After reaching out to Ariana with all of our concerns she did in fact give us a full refund but only gave us two hours to gather all of our belongings as well as all the food and alcohol we had purchased making it almost impossible to find another property in such short notice.

We enjoyed our stay ,however even though the property is vert beautiful the following items require expert attention. 1 The hot tub temperature was not able to be controlled properly most of the time it was dangerously scalding hot. 2. Most of the bathrooms did not have proper hot water that one would expect at a property like this. 3. Inspite of the many efforts to provide constant air conditioning some of the ares failed to provide good reliable A/C. 4. One of the rooms closest to the golf course had some kind of an electrical problem, because when you touched the wall you got an electrical shock, this is very dangerous.
